1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SocialBooster ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Description of Service

SocialBooster provides social media growth services including followers, likes, views, comments, and other engagement metrics across various social media platforms. All services are delivered through third-party providers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Wallet & Payments

Your SocialBooster wallet holds funds for placing orders. Funds can be added via Paystack (cards, bank transfers, USSD). Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment.

5. Orders & Delivery

Orders are processed automatically and delivered through third-party APIs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We guarantee delivery of the ordered quantity — if any followers or engagement are lost within the refill window, they will be restored at no extra cost.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to manipulate or abuse the platform, share account credentials, or use automated tools to interact with the service. Violation may result in account termination without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

SocialBooster is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for changes in social media platform policies that may affect delivered services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, any remaining wallet balance (minus any pending orders) will be refunded within 14 business days.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
